O&S recovers over $80 million against Virgin America for sweeping wage violations

On February 4, 2019, the U.S. District Court entered a Judgment awarding airline workers over $80 million from Virgin America, for violations including failure to provide pay for all hours worked, failure to provide premium overtime pay, and failure to provide legally compliant wage statements. Together with Kosinski + Thiagaraj, LLP and Shephard, Finkelman, Miller & Shah, LLP, O&S Partner Monique Olivier achieved a milestone result for airline workers.
